Accustomed to the ginjo aroma, I am momentarily intimidated by the junmai-like aroma. When you take a sip, you will notice the soft sweetness of the rice. The sweetness also has a refreshing aftertaste with a slightly strong acidity. As the temperature rises, you can feel the sweetness leaning closer. It was a well balanced sake.
