It was recommended to me by the liquor store as a food sake, so I opened my mouth to enjoy it.
It has a mild taste, but the alcohol content is 16%. It has a delicious flavor. I am convinced that this is what the umami of rice is supposed to taste like. It also has a moderate acidity, and the aftertaste is more refreshing than a mellow sake with a lot of umami.
