All Omachi rice polished 65% x Marigold yeast. produced in March. The color is golden. The initial aroma is gentle yet gorgeous. The slightly thickened, mild mouthfeel is followed by a smooth acidity and umami sweetness, with a lingering orange peel-like bitterness.
