Alcohol content 16%, Rice polishing ratio 55%. In-house yeast is used. Freshly squeezed new sake. This is the first Yukino Kayasha. It has a gorgeous aroma and flavor. The moderate sweetness spreads in the mouth. We enjoyed it while picking oysters boiled in water. It had a nice sharpness and was very tasty. I felt it was a very well-balanced sake. This year's new sake is very good.
