A souvenir from my wife. It is a brand I have never seen before.
(It's from Umakara Mansaku sake brewery).
I drank too much today and couldn't taste it 😢.
I remember it had a sour taste in the middle and a sharp aftertaste... 😅
It was a robust sake that goes well with strong flavored dishes.
