Kai Otokoyama Naka Junmai-shu, Hakuto City, Yamanashi Prefecture, Japan
This is a junmai sake from a brewery with a long history in Yamanashi Prefecture.
When I drank it cooled down, I thought it was a smooth and refreshing sake, but as it got closer to room temperature, the sweetness started to spread.
I recommend to drink it cold.
