I think it's because the rice is a blend of Yamadanishiki and Gohyakumangoku, but it's the acidity that brings the colorful juiciness 😍 gorgeous sweetness and umami together perfectly, and the balance makes me drink more and more! The joy of finding a great sake 😋 no matter how many times you experience it, it's irresistible 😍.
