This sake is made using a rarely heard method of four-stage brewing of glutinous rice and white malted rice.
At first, it has the sweetness of a banana, but strangely enough, it is a sake that goes well with food.
This is a nice sake. Maybe it is because it is made in an area with clean water. The label is also stylish.
I would like to drink it again.
