We had this for the first time at the Wakate no Yoake no Dawn event the other night, and it was so good that we opened a bottle of this one that you can only buy on the spot 🙌!
The aroma is soft and lactic. The taste has the sweetness of rice and lactic yogurt, but with a base of acidity, it has a clean and refreshing quality and is very easy to drink 😋😋😋😋😋 The aftertaste is bitter and clean and crisp 😊 I feel the potential of young brewers and am looking forward to the future 😉.
