I was surprised to find that it was a Tokyu Department Store exclusive, so I bought it.
The sake was made by a young brewer.
The aroma is refreshing and fruity, like pears.
When you put it in your mouth, the overwhelmingly fine alcohol aroma escapes into your nose.
Sharp but juicy sweetness fills the mouth.
The name "Benten" gives the image of a dry sake, but this type of sake is also available. Sake is a very deep drink.
