We have received a bottle of Rice and Apple, stored in oak barrels.
It is a limited edition sake and was purchased through a lottery to support the recovery from the torrential rain disaster that occurred in Akita in July.
As a fellow Akita resident, I would like to participate by volunteering, but it is difficult for me to do so in my own life, so I hope I can help in this way, however small.
When poured into a glass, the wine has a slight amber color. It has a strong sweetness, a slight sourness, and a delicious apple flavor that escapes through the nose! It is an apple-scented sake.
You will finish it in no time.
