I had no reservations, but thankfully I came across it again this year.
The aroma is gorgeous, with personal notes of pineapple and rum. In the mouth, it has a soft mouthfeel with a slight gasiness. The sweetness and umami spread gently, and in the second half, a grapefruit-like bitterness appears and disappears lightly.
It is a delicious sake with a beautiful flavor typical of brewer Kuheiji, the mildness of nigori, and the freshness of nama-zake.
