Polishing ratio 50%.
It starts with a mild Akita-like sweetness of rice, then is dominated by bitterness or alkalinity, but the sharpness is very good and it can be drunk neatly. It is a light sweet sake suitable for eating - it has no habits.
It was given to me as a souvenir, but it does not seem to be available outside Akita Prefecture. Is it a local brand by ''Fukurokuju Sake Brewery'' of Isshaku Suisei?
