NoriYellow in color. Maybe a little cloudy. Almost transparent. When you smell it, sourness and alcohol point to your nose. It also has a flowery aroma.
When you drink it, it tastes quite sweet. I don't know if it's the strength of the acidity, but it tastes like something I've never tasted before. It tastes like dry honey 🤔.

Hot and sharp. I feel a lot of alcohol, but strangely it is not unpleasant.
