SALON
You can tell from the first sip that it is a traditional sake. The sweetness that comes from the sourness is like yogurt. The power of the rice is in full swing and it is not like Junmai Daiginjo, but it has a similar atmosphere to that of Tsuchida and Niidashi Zensyu. I wondered if the percentage of koji rice was a little high... and drank it while thinking about it. It is definitely a delicious sake.
