The power of the rice is in full swing and it is not like Junmai Daiginjo, but it has a similar atmosphere to that of Tsuchida and Niidashi Zensyu. I wondered if the percentage of koji rice was a little high... and drank it while thinking about it. It is definitely a delicious sake.
