In the mouth, the flavor of rice and grains is small in scale and cozy. Very simple impression.
As you swallow, it rises as it should on the palate. A spiciness slowly emerges from the back, leaving a strong bitterness in the aftertaste!
It is a sake suitable for a meal with little assertiveness, but the lingering bitterness gives it presence.
The female toji's smile on the back label soaks it up!
