After visiting Horyuji Temple with my children, I bought this year's bottle at Abetaya, as I did last year. We opened the bottle on the day we bought it because we didn't have any stock.
I don't know how to pour the good cloudy part. It has a lactic acidity, yogurt-like and tingling on the tongue. The sharpness is good. It is easy to drink and I will finish it soon.
