This is the first time in my life that I have had this sake.
I was looking at the label and saw that it was a hi-iru sake, 80% polished rice, and the waiter said, "We have a last one, a raw sake called Asura.
I asked what kind of rice it was, and she said "Nihonbare ❗️" which is rice with rice.
I asked what kind of rice it was and they said "Nihonbaru ". This is the first time I've ever had a sake brewed with 80% rice and I was excited 😮.
I was wondering if the rice had any tangy taste.
Now, the actual drinking: ‼️
Color → Beautiful kohaku color.
Aroma -> Unique aroma with a hint of sweetness.
Taste →There is no expected tangy taste, and the rice is very tasty 🫢.
It's also good hot sake: ‼️
But I prefer it cold ❤️
I felt the great skill of the brewer to make rice rice so well 🤔.
I can recommend this sake to people who like food sake💁♂️✨
