I told them I wanted to match it with a strong-flavored dinner and they recommended this one, so I bought it immediately.
The first sip felt light and dry, but the umami spread slowly and became as strong as the meal.
It was a very satisfying bottle with a strong sense of alcohol, coupled with the richness of the meal.
