Another sake I bought in Hakuba Village, Nagano Prefecture! I found out that the rice used is a new sake rice from Shinshu called Sanke Nishiki! It's a local sake 🤗The label says it's a full moon sake, and as the label says, it's squeezed on a full moon day. What a mysterious ✨!
When you open the bottle, it has a soft, juicy, fruity aroma. ☺️
The first thing that spreads on the palate is a slightly acidic fruit, similar to a slightly young mango, but stickier and richer. But it has a rich and sticky quality. The aftertaste is clean and not boring 🤗It has a different taste from the Hakuba Nishiki Junmai Sake from last time ✨.
It's also fun to drink it while thinking of the magnificent view of the Northern Alps in Nagano Prefecture. ☺️Thanks for the drink!
