On the palate, it is a very fruity and slightly sweet sake with a hint of La France and apple.
The acidity is followed by a gentle taste, and the sharpness is also nice.
Tonight's sake accompaniments include saikyo zuke grilled silver cod, chicken steak, and chilled tofu. I think the slightly sweet saikyo zukeyaki silver cod is a very good pairing for this sake.
