Sake from Joetsu City, Niigata Prefecture.
I bought it at the roadside station Yoshikawa Toji no Sato.
It is delicious. It has an elegant taste, and lately I've been thinking that a habitual taste is good, so I'm happy to meet a sake with the opposite direction.
