The first drink I posted on Sake no Wa, again!
I was buying stock because I liked the taste of it.
The sweet ginjo aroma and the sweetness of the rice on the palate! Yum! A little sour! That's how I felt.
Because it's hanging in a bag, it doesn't taste like anything else.
The quality of the alcohol is spacious and clean ✨.
The overall feeling is that it's solid and mellow.
The label on the back says "Light and slightly dry".
It has a mild taste, but finishes off nicely and smoothly.
Mellow and slightly dry is more appropriate?
...Well, I don't really care what your title is.
I love this kind of taste, so I'll be back next year.
A refreshing summer drink is good, but it's also good to go back to your roots!
