Souvenir for a trip back home. I chose this sake because I wanted a standard sake with a modern taste.
The sake has a clear taste that spreads in your mouth without much aroma and disappears in a very short time. It was similar to the impression you get when you tear off a piece of cotton candy and put it in your mouth.
I wonder if my father and brother were pleased with it, probably.
