Yonetsuru超辛純米大吟醸 雪女神 SNOW GODDESS
たあMade from 100% Yamagata-produced Yuki-No-Majin rice. Polishing ratio 50%, alcohol content 15%. It has a refreshing dry taste that is typical of Yuki-Megami. It is moderately dry and easy to drink. Since it does not interfere with food, it seems to go well with a variety of dishes. The label also lists dishes that go well with it. Sake-steamed scallion, squid sashimi, yakitori, oden, cured ham, fried oysters, plain omelet, codfish spa, hachpotai, crab balls, shrimp shao mai, and grilled gyoza. It is a delicious sake. Furthermore, the label reads, "This is a super dry junmai daiginjo made with "Yuki-Majin" produced by the Takabatake Town Sake Rice Research Association. The more you drink, the brighter the flavor becomes. It is a very beautiful and sharp sake.
