Kumakichi
The third bottle of Kaku-uchi at my favorite liquor store is Akane Kujaku
I had a bottle of Yonotori the other day at an affiliate store, which uses as little water as possible in the brewing process of kijo sake.
As usual, it has a strong, thick, sweet taste, but it is delicious because of the clear, non-habitual flavor of Yonotori!
I would like to enjoy it as if it were a dessert wine!
