This is a sake from Nishinohomeijo, a brewery that is not registered in Sake no Wa. It seems to be a subsidiary brewery of Hita Tenryosui. Therefore, it is said that it is used for the split water. The color is like a matured sake, and the taste is old. It tastes like Shaoxing wine. When you put it in your mouth, it's a little thin. I don't like it so much... If it hadn't been aged, it would have been a mellow watery drink. It says "processor", so I thought it might be a commissioned brewery, but there is another brewing company at the same address, so I guess Nishi no Homare Meijo only does the bottling? It looks like it was established as a joint bottling company.

At best, it's like a thinner version of Kenryo.

About 900 yen for 300ml is too expensive.
