ひっさんThis year, we opened a bottle for Christmas 🎅🎄 with a label of a deer🦌 instead of a reindeer😅.
We chose the Uraharu Deer, which had a special "Betsuatsurai Hatsukumi" (special order) label.
It has a sweetness like ripe fruit and a rich umami flavor.
But it was easy to drink. Uma🤤.
I think this is a drink to be enjoyed with a small dish rather than with a meal.
This time I enjoyed it with boiled chrysanthemum greens 🙏.
Harushika is consistently delicious both inside and out.
