Clean, mellow aroma of melon and green apple.
Slightly sweet but with high acidity and a bubbly feel.
Dryness with a touch of spiciness and a slight bitterness on the back of the mouth.
Slightly full-bodied, with a bit of lingering sharpness.
Mouthfeel is mild, but there is acidity and a lingering aftertaste in the second half.
Good as a food sake with strong acidity
Less roundness, more clarity, excellent with meals.
