The last sake we had.
There is still more sake from Fukushima that I haven't had yet. But it is impossible to drink them all.
And so, "Shiki no Hana" with a traditional label.
This one was heated from the start, so it had a rich umami flavor with a touch of acidity. I drank it all, thinking it was a sake I wouldn't buy myself (laughs).
