I bought this sake because it was described as being made by a female brewer.
I was expecting it to have a pronounced sweetness, but it was easy to drink, with a clean taste and a bit of bitterness. I was expecting it to be sweet, but it was easy to drink.
It was delicious with strong-flavored hot pot.
