I heard it was further up in the sky, so I bought it to drink on a sunny day, thinking how lucky I am to have Sekiya Brewery in my hometown.
Today, on our wedding anniversary, we opened the bottle.
It smells like a sake, and shatters my preconceptions of Junmai Daiginjo.
But it is very dry and refreshing, with a deep flavor.
What is this? I don't know, but it's a very good sake that makes me drink more and more. 85
