SALONWhen you look into the bottle, you can see bubbles popping up. It has a muscat aroma and a sweetness like ramune. It is gentle and weak. It was better to mix the nigori at the bottom and drink it like a beer instead of sipping it. I enjoyed the new sake. 😋
