At Kaishu (before the relocation to Dogo) in Matsuyama City.
This is a sake brewed by a small brewery in Saijo City.
I hadn't consciously drunk it until now, but
Apparently the smallest in Japan on a commercial basis.
It is said to be a rare brew made by a brewery...
It has a mild aroma and crispness.
Easy to pair with meals.
I've had a few quicky drinks.
Next time, I'll be more grateful.
