Nagayama Honke Sake Brewery will be selling a limited quantity of "Domaine Ki Evangelion Version" with the Evangelion label on Ki Junmai Daiginjo Ube Yamadanishiki (aka Domaine Ki), which has received the Ube City "Ube Genki Brand" Gold certification.
This product is available only in Ube City. We do not accept orders over the phone or through the Internet.
I spent the day praying for it to be in stock, and I am glad I was able to buy it on my way home 🥰.
The taste is a nice, crisp, slightly dry, easy drinking bottle with a fresh aroma 🤔.
