When I was checking out the sake to drink at an izakaya, to my surprise, I was able to get a bottle of Honjozo ✨
I thought it might be for heating up, but this is a valuable sake that has been aged at a low temperature. This is a valuable sake that was matured at low temperature. It's really tasty without the messiness and sourness of water 😂.
The label also has a Japanese feel to it, making it one of my collections.
