雪月花星（ゆき）It's been a while since I've had Akitsuho, the origin of the Kaze no Mori series 🍶.
The same Alpha series is also available, but in terms of cost performance, I think it's hard to find a sake that surpasses this one.

Kaze no Mori is my favorite because they use interesting techniques such as sakazukuri (roughly translucent divider divider)!
