The second bottle of HIZIRIZM for comparison. This one is made from 100% Yamadanishiki from Hyogo Prefecture, with 50% polished rice and 15% alcohol by volume. I expected that it would be my favorite.
A pop. Pouring it into a large champagne glass. The aroma of ginjo is gorgeous with a sense of gas. Yes, yes, this is it.
The sweetness and the gassy feeling. The rice flavor is good, and the price is good even though it is a rare limited edition sake! Active Nigori-nagari is so good!
