It is a craft saké made from fermented rice, koji, and apples. It is a sparkling type of secondary fermentation in the bottle.
The sourness of the apples and the fruity sweetness make it a very tasty saké.
I've been drinking only rice and Agave's sake recently, but now I've run out of pieces on hand, so I'm going to go stock up again.
