Kumakichi
Recently, during the Hiyaoroshi season, I've had a lot of fall sake that I've been wanting to drink, and my refrigerator has been filling up!
So I'm going to have a glass of Wakakoma's Hiyaoroshi, which I bought on impulse and kept chilled.
Rice polishing ratio: 70% (100% Omachi)
Alcohol content: 16.5
The aroma is banana like with a hint of soft umami, followed by juicy acidity and a lingering finish.
This has got to be one of my favorite bottles!
