Gobashi five series includes the standard RED, YELLOW, and seasonal products GREEN, PINK, and BLUE.
Let's take on a new challenge with a pure white heart! This is the concept behind the new colors and new products. The first brewery to use Meiri No. 10, and the first in the five series to use a combination of Yamadanishiki and Saito no Shizuku. The aroma is a perfect balance of ripe banana and ethyl acetate fruit aroma. The softness and gentle flavor of the rice is typical of a soft-water brewed sake.
Although it is labeled as a regular sake, it is a junmai ginjo.
