The day after hopping from one department store event to another, I went to a tasting at Ikoma Sake Brewery.
Before the sake tasting, we were allowed to try some sake that the store had bought in Tottori🙏.
The last of the Tottori sake was Iwaizumi, a complete first for me.
I thought it was not too spicy and easy to drink, but the last part of the sake was not very nice or strange...
I got myself back on track and went on with the tasting!
