When the screw cap is twisted a little, it makes a violent noise and shows its lively face.
The aroma is, to put it plainly, strong melon. The median sweetness lingers on the nose...the aroma is strong anyway!
The taste is delicate and rough. The bitterness is strong and lingers, but what is noteworthy is the thickness of the flavor. The thickness of the flavor, like a tightly woven rope, was so carefully crafted that it made me scream out loud. This is numbing. The more you drink, the better it tastes.
I have always been curious about Bodhi Hashiro (only eight breweries in Nara are allowed to call themselves Bodhi Hashiro. I would like to drink it again if I have a chance.
