Onigorama", a souvenir from Kinugawa
This is the first sake I bought as a souvenir in my life, so I have a personal attachment to it 👹.
I will enjoy it while returning to my original intention!
When you open the bottle and pour it, the aroma is a little fluffy. The standing aroma reminds me of bread.
The mouthfeel is clean with a firm acidity that stimulates the tongue.
It has a mellow taste like wheat and grains. And while it has a delicious flavor, the acidity and the quality of the sake make it flow easily, making it a delicious and well-balanced wine!
And you can feel the calmness that makes you want to eat yuba or other Japanese style food👍.
Tochigi, Gunma, and Aizu.
I am deeply moved by the fact that the relationship I have had since I was a child is also a sake relationship 😌.
