Royski
This was the first proper sake I have gotten on my bike trip across Japan. since I'm camping I don't have this at quite the right temperature.
it starts off with a round mouth feel, like a smooth marble. light and undescriptly sweet. the finish tastes like it wasn't to be a slightly tart pear. I am drinking this too warm so the alcohol over powers the finish.
While rainy, it was nice to enjoy on a rest day on a beach north of Miyazaki.
