Junmai Daiginjo-shu brewed with Yamagata Prefecture's "Tsuyahime" rice, which was developed from Kame-no-o'o's roots. It has a fresh, unfiltered, unpasteurized mouthfeel with a gorgeous ginjo aroma and a mellow, fruity flavor. The strong rice flavor and soft texture are exquisite, and the elegant sharpness of the aftertaste is a perfect match with delicious autumn ingredients!
Green apple-like aroma. Fresh. However, it is a bit strong. It has a strong spiciness and bitterness.
If heated, the bite becomes warmer and it becomes like hot apple juice. Personally, I like it hot, about 55 degrees.
