Chokki
Kasumi Special Junmai Sake Hitomebore
60%, 15%, 500 ml, about 1,100 yen
We bought it at the roadside station, Amarak, on our way home from playing golf to Tochigi. It's a slightly small 500ml bottle, but it's a good amount to drink in a day if it's a sparkling sake. However, it is a sake sold at the roadside station of a brewery without any name, so we were prepared for a certain level of taste failure.
I was about to open the bottle, but it was about to spurt out, so I carefully and slowly opened it slowly.
When I poured it into the glass, it was bubbling beautifully. It's not too thick and not too thin. When I took a sip, the big bubbles wrapped around my tongue.
O?
Rice flavor! Crisp.
It's not a trendy fruit scent, but rice.
This is this! The flavor is slightly dry and rice-like.
The aftertaste is clear and crisp.
This exceeded our expectations.
I feel like there's one more thing missing, but I feel like this flavor direction is exactly what I'm chasing right now. Seitoku Meinjo, I'll remember it.
