We hurriedly ordered two kinds of sake 🍶.
The first one was Keitora Tokubetsu Junmai Sake with famous water 🥂.
Selected as one of the best water in Japan
The spring water from Morinomori Forest is used as the brewing water.
The rice is polished to 55% of junmai ginjo-style.
Sake made with a long low-temperature fermentation process.
Soft mouthfeel
A hint of delicious rice flavor
It finishes with a lingering, firm acidity.
It is a very beautiful sake.
