The sweet taste spreads from the tip of the tongue to caress the inside of the mouth. However, unlike the earlier "Emifuku," it is quite refreshing and lightly sweet. Even after swallowing, it seems to disappear little by little, leaving a lingering taste. Even among sweet sake, it has a rather elegant taste.
