Kamonishiki Shoufudashu Namozume Genshu Junmai Daiginjo ver.8.7 Shiboritate Shinshu ¥1,480
Gentle on the palate, refreshing down the throat, but still full of flavor. It is very easy to drink.
I haven't had a lot of sake from Niigata recently, but this is one I'd like to repeat.
It's a Junmai Daiginjo, but it's very cosy, so it's one we recommend.
